The room was not clean, there was dust everywhere, hair in on the bathroom flooring from previous visitors, towels were stained. Waterpark was overcrowded and there were non enough of lounge chairs, which is rediculuous, i never saw this before at any hotel. Waterpark is overstated, there is lazy river with very dirty h2o that gets overcrowded as well and there is ane slide with two options how y'all want to go downwardly. Do not overpay for the fact that it has waterpark....

The grounds were gorgeous and the pools and water park were amazing. Nonetheless, they actually need to do some upkeep in the corridors and rooms. They desperately need to paint and supplant carpets. Carpets in halls were stained and walls in the rooms and halls had patches of plaster or chipped painted everywhere, really looked similar an economy motel. Besides need to supervene upon lighting, everywhere looked night and gloomy. Housekeeping would likewise exist nice, we stayed for 7 days and they only cleaned our room ONCE! because the cost and daily resort fee, we didn't get what was expected for the toll. Likewise no central lift bank, kept getting lost trying to notice elevators in the parking garage merely to go around. If not for the nice grounds exterior, this would be a zero rating. Will definitely stay at Disney resort next time.

I like the selection of having a full kitchen and a water park. Overall the identify was neat. I hated the size of the place and how hard information technology was to observe our way around.
